Ghatotkaca Ghatotkaca is a hero in the Mahabharata epic who was a participant in the Kurukshetra War, the climax of the story. He is the son of Bhima and Hidimbi, and his maternal lineage made him half Rakshasa (giant). He is a holy warrior with iron bones and wire muscles.
